"I hate Ryan Henshaw State Farm insurance. I've had them for 4 years and I thought I would go with a local insurance company. 2 years ago we had the wind storms and trees and branches fell on my roof in the winter and broke about 30 tiles on my roof. I called the office and they offered no help only gave me an 800 number for a claim. I couldn't get ANY HELP AT ALL FROM HENSHAW insurance. I paid a local roof company out of pocket to fix. Now this year I found mold in master bedroom bathroom. I called to start a claim and be fixed. They advised me that mold isn't covered under my policy as its a maintenence item that I should have done. As if I should open my walls and break out the tile in my shower to check for leaks or mold. I was told that only bursted pipes and sudden events were covered. Any little reason they can to deny you coverage they will. If I had all the money back from my premium I would have had the money to pay for all these problems. Ryan Henshaw is never in the office and I get their stupid Christmas cards. When then answer their phone from now on, they should start the conversation with... hi how can I deny your claim today and pass you off to an 800 number to make your situation so much worse. I'm changing my insurance. At least the Indian brokers will tell you what to say to make the insurance pay for your repairs. Don't use Ryan Henshaw insurance... ever."
