"I had state farm renters insurance, and I'm a little older back in the day when the guy who's name is in the billboard and window cared enough to call you. It meant something, not just an internet company. Not anymore. Ryan Henshaw is the worst. I've been with them almost 7 years and never talked to the guy 1 time. He don't care he only sells policies and doesn't care if you get help from state farm. 3 times I've had problems with Ryan Henshaw insurance. First time, we had a storm and trees broke up tiles on my roof. I couldn't talk to anybody stay office for almost a week, then they only give me number for the claims dept, didn't help me contact anyone while my roof is torn open. I fixed myself for Under what I have to pay by state law. Second time there was mold in back bathroom and they said it's not covered in must cut my walls open to prove it. Third time i tried to call and change insurance on a bundled vehicle on my whole policy. Because the car was in my wife's name they wouldn't let me change it before doing a3 way call. Still can never talk with Ryan. I get BS birthday cards and Christmas cards for 7 years now, with auto pen signature that is so fake i wanna puke. Never talked to the guy ever in my life, not sure if he's real. I asked to talk to him, they said he works remotely and is very busy. I doubt he's real or goes into the office ever. Like a good neighbor??? Not Ryan Henshaw, I don't need this kind of neighbor at all. If it wasn't so hard to change homeowners insurance I would have left years ago. What is gonna be their excuse for not being able to talk to him directly during a storm or disaster? Look at any other state farm policy writer because Ryan sure as hell don't care."
